1. Perfect Clean' obligations
A. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Perfect Clean agrees to provide cleaning services (the "Service") to the Customer at an address specified by the Customer (the "Premises").
B. The Service will be for cleaning duties as agreed with the Customer at the time of reservation.
C. Perfect Clean will dispatch the cleaners to attend the Premises to provide the Service at a time and date mutually agreed between Perfect Clean and the Customer (the "Service Time").
D. Perfect Clean endeavors to provide the Service faithfully, diligently and in a timely and professional manner.
2. The Customer’s obligations:
By using Perfect Clean Services the customer agrees to:
A. Provide a safe working environment at the Premises for the Cleaners to perform the Service;
B. Provide unencumbered and unobstructed access to those areas of the Premises requiring the Service;
C. Provide the Cleaners with access to all utilities including hot water, cold water and electricity;
D. Advise Perfect Clean prior to the commencement of the Service of any hazards, risks or dangers, ingrained dirt at the Premises.
E. Remove any fragile, delicate, breakable or valuable items, including cash, jewelry, works of art, antiques or items of sentimental value also any documents that contain personal information such as social security cards, passports etc, prior to the commencement of the Service.
A. You agree to receive email or text message confirmations and alerts which are active by default as part of the service.
B. You agree that any alerts provided to you may be delayed by a variety of factors, such as hosting company or email server delays.
C. You agree that Perfect Clean shall not be liable for any delays, failure to deliver, or misdirected delivery of any confirmation or alert; for any errors in the content of a confirmation or alert.
4. Cleaning estimates
A. You agree that the actual price payable is calculated on the total number of hours worked by the Cleaners and number of visits per amount, this price may vary if the costumer decides to change the once agreed number of visits per amount.
B. Any price estimates is based on Perfect Clean prior experience and based on information provided by the Customer.
C. If at the commencement or during the course of providing the service, it is apparent that the actual cost of the service will exceed the quote provided by Perfect Clean, Perfect Clean will provide the Customer with the option to pay an increased fee to complete the service or pay the quoted amount without the service being completed.
A. The Customer agrees to provide Perfect Clean with their valid credit card details at the time of reservation and authorizes to debit any card with an amount equal to any service and/or cancellation fees that may apply under this Agreement.
B. Perfect Clean reserves the right not to accept a reservation for any reason. In that case Perfect Clean will notify the Customer about declined reservation within 60 minutes during business hours.
7. Payment terms
A. The Customer agrees to pay Perfect Clean in full when the service is complete.
B. You authorize to charge the credit card on file if no cash payment is received.
C. Customer agrees to pay only by cash or credit/debit card.
D. Customer authorizes all credit card transactions to be processed on the same day of reservation according to the amount of hours ordered.
E. All cash payments must be made the same day of service by the customer
8. Late payment fee
A. Where Perfect Clean has agreed to invoice the customer for payment of fees after the service has been completed, the customer agrees to pay in full, all fees due, within 10 days of the invoice date.
B. The customer agrees to pay a $25 late payment fee if Perfect Clean has not received payment in full for the service within one calendar month of the original invoice date.
C. In addition to the amounts set out above, the customer agrees to reimburse Perfect Clean for all legal costs (on a solicitor and own client or full indemnity basis, whichever is greater) and other expenses incurred by Perfect Clean in connection with a demand, action, or other proceeding (including mediation, out of court settlement or any action taken for recovery of debt from the Customer) arising out of a breach of these terms including the failure by the Customer to pay an amount by the due date.
A. You agree to inform Perfect Clean within 24 hours if you are dissatisfied for any reason with the Service provided.
B. You agree to choose one of the next 3 available days for a free re-cleaning.
10. Minimum order policy
A. You agree that the minimum order policy applies for all reservations, is 2 hours for a 2 person crew , 3 hours for 1 person crew, except for recurring appointments. For Move in/out, Super Spring and Post Renovation cleaning minimum order are 2 hours / 2 person crew 4 hours 1 person.
A. You agree that due to personnel illness or vacations issues, Perfect Clean reserves the right to send one or three or more maid crews. In 95% of cases we will dispatch a 1 or 2 person crew.
A. The Customer agrees to provide Perfect Clean with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the service time to reschedule, postpone or cancel the service for any reason.
B. In the event that the customer does not provide 24 hour notice prior to reservation, the customer agrees to reimburse Perfect Clean as follows:
I, Between 24 hours and 60 minutes from customer reservation $35.00
II Between 60 minutes and 0 minutes from reservation customer agrees to pay the full amount of hours ordered.
13. Fee for No-Access to the Premises
A. In the event that the customer does not provide access to the premises for cleaners to provide the service, the customer agrees to reimburse the reserved time cost. Regular costumers visited at least once a month will be charged a $50 No-Access to the Premises fee.
14. Arrival times
A. Customer agrees that there is 60 to 240 minute window for arrival time to the corresponding appointment.
A. Customer agrees all estimates are ballpark and the actual cleaning time may vary .
B. Flat rates are offered for the buildings common areas, and regular appointments (per agreement).
16. Start/End Times for costumers paying on an hourly rate.
A. Customer agrees the arrival time starts from the minute the cleaning crew enters your home or building. All completion times are rounded to the next 30 minutes.
17. Recurring service pricing
A. Customer agrees that regular appointment rates will be effective starting from the second recurring cleaning.
18. Pets policy
A. Customer agrees to securely lock aggressive pets in one of the rooms or have them out of the house on the service day. If a cleaning crew comes to your home and your dog acts aggressively and is not locked up, Perfect Clean reserves the right to refuse the service. Non access to premises fee $50 will be applied.
19. Intellectual Property Rights
A. The content on the Perfect Clean Web-site, except all User Submissions, including without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, and interactive features are owned by or licensed to Perfect Clean, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under United States and foreign laws and international conventions.
B. Content on the Web-site is provided to you as is for your information and personal use only and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of the respective owners.
20. Exclusions and Limitations
Perfect Clean is not responsible for:
A. Existing dirt, wear, damage or stains that cannot be completely cleaned or removed.
B. Any wear or discoloring of fabric or surfaces becoming more visible once dirt, calcium, mold, lime, rust, etc. has been removed.
C. The cost of any key replacement or locksmith fees, unless keys were lost by Perfect Clean.
The Customer indemnifies Perfect Clean against:
A. All losses or liabilities arising directly or indirectly as a result of the provision of the service including all losses or liabilities caused as a result of a breach of the warranties of the customer set out in clause 2; and
B. All legal costs (on a solicitor and own client or full indemnity basis, whichever is greater) and other expenses incurred by Perfect Clean in connection with a demand, action, arbitration or other proceeding (including mediation, compromise, out of court settlement or appeal and including any action taken for the recovery of a debt from the Customer).
22. Changes to this agreement
A. Perfect Clean reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, but may do otherwise by mailing you a copy. Each updated agreement will take effect 24 hours after it has been mailed to you.
B. The Customer agrees that any use of the service following any such change, whether as a single job or as part of a regular cleaning schedule, constitutes their agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed.
24. Recurrent Clients Termination of Service
A. This contract may be terminated by the client with a two week notice. Any payment for the services mentioned above owed by the client shall be due and payable at the time the agreement is terminated. All appointments pre-scheduled within the two weeks prior to cancelation must be keep and pay.
B. Recurrent customer with a signed contract agree to pay $300 for early agreement termination to Perfect Clean if he or she decides to cancel or stop the service without giving a two week notice to Perfect Clean.
C. In the event that there are remains an overdue balance, the account will be transferred to a collection firm and you agree to pay any and all attorney fees, court costs and interests accrued in efforts to collect the overdue amount. Any and all legal means will be utilized to collect past due balances.
D. Perfect Clean may terminate this agreement in case of any disagreement with the costumer canceling any future services. In this case Perfect Clean will intent to communicate its decision to the client.
